Prior to joining PIASI in 2003, he worked with Quaker Oats Asia, Inc. as the Director, Financial Planning and Control for Asia in its Hong Kong Regional Office, Deputy General Manager of the Food business in Shanghai and Regional Controller of the Beverage business in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Nanette is a highly experienced Personnel practitioner with a comprehensive and strategic understanding of HRM, business and technical issues and organizational change. Her nine years in PIASI has made her an expert in devising and implementing coherent HR strategies while improving internal processes and procedures within a demanding environment, project deadlines and budgets.

SVP for Operations
Arlina brings to PIASI over 10 years of experience in organizational and administration skills with significant marketing achievements in the travel and leisure industry. Her expertise lies in applying Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills as a philosophy that integrates technology and business processes to provide solutions, optimize team potentials, and develop new business strategies and ideas.
Emmanuel O. Torres
Operations Manager
Noli’s professional experience started even while he was still taking up Electrical Engineering at UP Diliman. He started as a trader at the Philippine Stock Exchange and worked in the equities industry for 14 years. He took on key positions of responsibility in the largest domestic stock broker. When he moved on from the industry in 2001, he was the sales and marketing head of a multinational stock brokerage firm.
Jonathan S. Alcartado
I.T. Manager
He has more than 10 years of work experience in the IT industry be it corporate and academe in both local and abroad as a technical trainer and consultant for infrastructure, systems development, solutions architecture, databases and telecommunications. He has taught at the IT programs of the Insearch Institute, Sydney, IHMES - The International Hotel School, Isle of Man and the Industry Based certification Program of Malaysian government.

Macho has experience in a wide-ranging mix of departments and industries, in both the private and public sectors. He has been a sales supervisor at one of the largest international consumer goods corporations, a proprietor and general manager at a manufacturing firm, and a sales and marketing manager at a food company. He has also worked at both local and national agencies of government.
